Meet the Team

Jodi Gibeley

Jodi Gibeley has worked with senior citizens over twenty years in a variety of capacities including home care, nursing homes, elder services, council on aging and adult day health centers.  Jodi was the Topsfield Council on Aging Director for five years until she left in 2016 to run an adult day health facility.   Jodi saw the incredible need for caregiver respite and decided to open a facility in Topsfield, the town that gave so much to her and her family.

In addition, Jodi and her family started the Top Cupboard Food Pantry in 2013.  It has been feeding Topsfield residents for over six years and has given thousands of dollars away in food and Market Basket gift cards.

Jodi has three children who went through the Topsfield school system.

Dawn Pelletier

Dawn Pelletier has been taking care of our veterans as a cardiac intensive care nurse at the West Roxbury VA hospital for over 25 years.  She was also a nurse in charge of the dementia unit at an adult day health facility for over two years.

Dawn lives in Topsfield with her husband and two children.  She is the caregiver for her eldery parents, who also live with her.  Dawn can be seen at sports fields around the north east watching her kids play soccer, basketball and baseball.
